Dawn guides home buyers in Midland and Odessa through the closing process. She enjoys seeing the emotions and expressions of joy from buyers, especially those buying for the first time. Prior to joining Impact Title, she had been in education and a variety of other fields but caught the real estate closing bug and is so happy to return to it. She enjoys binge watching television and spending time with her two daughters, preferably traveling together and creating memories.
